The Managing Director of an engineering business in Oldham has asked me to recruit a bookkeeper to take control of the company finances.
This role is ideal for a bookkeeper who wants flexibility within a role & be left to your own devices to manage the transactional accounting & month-end schedule.
Despite having full autonomy of the accounts, you can turn to the external accountants at quarter and year-end as they are based just 5 minutes down the road and have worked with the company since its establishment.
Within the next 12 months, there are plans in place to bring in administrators to support with the growth of the company and allow you to share some of your workload between a team.
The Managing Director has told me just how much he values this role & how he sees the bookkeeper as the core to the smooth running of his business.
Therefore, he has put together a benefits package include includes an annual salary review, Christmas bonus scheme and an early finish on Fridays.
