Our client an international Management Consultancy firm has an urgent requirement for a Management Accountant with experience of PESM in a Financial Services environment to cover a three month period. The purpose of the role is to assist the team during the functions transition to an off shore partner. Key responsibilities will include the preparation of the monthly management accounts for Head Office, preparing and posting the required journals, submission and reconciliation of monthly results, collation of information and production of the quarterly group VAT returns, preparation of statutory accounts for subsidiary companies, variance analysis and commentary of the costs to forecast budget and ad hoc project work. The successful candidate will be Qualified ACCA, CIMA or similar have excellent knowledge of Group VAT returns with PESM, excellent communication skills and strong Excel skills.
