Leading/ executing mandates related to conversion of financials from local GAAP to IFRS
Support in preparation of various business development material like credentials, approach notes, proposals, etc. to assist the senior management in securing business
Participating in technical discussions with prospective Clients to showcase knowledge/ credentials on various IFRS conversion related aspects
Developing an understanding of local GAAP for countries in the Middle East which are transitioning towards IFRS and preparing relevant approach notes/ pitches for the same
Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business
Team building, development and aspiration management
Participate with the senior management in the strategic/ organizational development initiatives
