- Support private fundraising efforts, including planning, identification of opportunities, coordination with lawyers, preparation of materials for potential investors
- Manage public funding, including coordination and reporting relating to existing and potential new grant funding
- Support sales with financial aspects, including profitability analysis, contract negotiation support, pricing, design of business cases, and support sales forecasting
- Coordinate financial controlling & statutory reporting, including budgeting, expense control, and coordination with accountants
- Manage and review key contracts
- Maintain relations with relevant lawyers and coordinate their work as required
- Coordinate hiring process including hiring plan and contract and incentive design
- Coordinate performance management, incl. team feedback and career progression design
- Coordinate strategy & goal setting process cycle and monitor performance against goals
- Miscellaneous office management tasks
- 3+ years relevant working experience, e.g. in finance, law, business development, or startups
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field. Masters / MBA preferred
- Strong financial management and financial analysis skills. Highly numerate with an ability to create, manage, interpret and present financial analysis, forecasting and resource management
- Basic understanding of Corporate law and HR
- Strategic thinking and ability to produce recommendations for the business
- Ability to work independently and experienced in project management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced computer skills, including excellent knowledge of MS Office
- London-based or willing to relocate to London
- Legally allowed to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen/necessary work permit). Unfortunately we cannot arrange visas at this stage
