Associate Director, Project Management (China Project)

A leading Chinese Bank is looking for an Associate Director for its Project Team

Your new company
Your new company is a leading Chinese bank is well-known for its and strong grasp of the Hong Kong market across the wholesale business units (Corporate, commercial, retail and private banking). Due to business needs, an Associate Director is needed to join the Project Team.

Your new role

• Work closely with China's office to manage and deliver large projects align to company strategy
• Identify, define, and manage all aspects of projects and projects scope including, but not limited to, the overall program project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, change management, risk management, communications and budget
• Able to liaise with C-level stakeholder and monitor project status

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Fluent Mandarin and excellent writing skills both in English & Chinese
• Experience in China Project is an advantage
• At least 10 years' working experience as a Project manager in Banking industry
• Strong knowledge in Banking Product is highly desirable
• Experience in leading a team, through an entire project life cycle
• Strong business acumen & analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and determined to meet tight deadlines
