Description
This role is reporting directly in to the Director:
The duties include:
- Maintain cashbooks
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Sales invoicing
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Payment runs
- Weekly reports, cash flows and aged debtors
- Ensure company complies with all VAT legislation
- Assisting and processing payroll
- Preparation of the annual accounts
- Office administration
- Customer queries
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar position - Essential
- Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business - Essential
- Have experience with double entry booking - Essential
- Be able to work autonomously - Essential
