Director, Real Estate & Investment

• 8+ years real estate experience in in acquisition and portfolio management
• Fluency in English essential
• Based in Singapore

A leading company seeks a real estate professional to lead acquisitions and portfolio management globally, with a focus on Asia Pacific. This professional will be the key person to execute on all real estate transactions.

Role;

• Lead screening and execution of acquisitions for the Company
• Manage, inform and influence key stakeholders across the business for the real estate strategy and new acquisitions
• Active portfolio management; make strategic recommendations on the portfolio
• Manage joint venture and development partners
• Plan and manage annual budgets.

Requirement

• 8+ years' experience in real estate investment
• University graduate in real estate, estate management, or finance
• Good understanding of all aspects of property investment, development and financing processes, including market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation, capital markets
• Fluency in English is essential, Mandarin language skills (speaking, reading & writing) also preferred.
