Position Description:
The position is a newly created role as we look to establish the Business Architect function within the APAC region. As such the successful candidate will need to establish the structure for this new function including procedures controls workflows and other documentation. They will need to work with existing teams in APAC to determine the communication and governance structure that will best support the local business at the same time work closely with the Global Architect function to ensure products and processes remain globally aligned.
\t Primary Responsibilities:
\t\tConsult on IMS Enterprise deals in terms of business processes and business information
\t\tContribute to the business architecture strategy
\t\tEstablish the communication and governance structure for the Business Architect function in APAC
\t\tArchitect the end-to-end service delivery solution; coordinate with relevant teams
\t\tEnsure consistency of design across work streams and across deals
\t\tDesign Lead for the Enterprise model in the APAC region
\t\tCategorizes strategic vs client specific development efforts assures proper process is followed on client specific items
\t\tOn-going support of IMS Strategic Initiatives and development of new services may include the oversight of business analysis teams
Required Qualifications:
\t\t4-6 years financial services experience in middle office
\t\tHands on knowledge of SQL / DDL and/or prior data base administration background an advantage
\t\tBachelor's degree: Master's Degree a Plus
\t\t10 years financial services experience
\t\tProven client communication skills
\t\tProven interpersonal decision-making and negotiation skills
\t\tProven risk evaluation management skills
