Fully Qualified Accountant

We are a growing property company based in Central London, looking for a Fully Qualified ACCA Accountant to join our team.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Quarter and Year End accounts preparation and assistance to the team.

• Review and ensure the validity of balances in various Balance Sheet accounts, including Preparation and distribution of key internal / external reports.

• Ensure that all reconciliation and preparatory tasks are performed in a timely manner, related systems and records are maintained accurately and expenditure is tracked efficiently with full managerial control over accruals and prepayments

• Provide support to other member of staff in the financial accounting team.
• Help with training of the junior accounting staff.

The ideal candidate will be available to commence work on short notice and have demonstrable great experience of the above duties.

Skills needed

At least 36 months experience working in accountancy practice or in a similar position - of independent preparation of full sets of financial accounts & involvement with intracompany reconciliations, including reconciliations in foreign currencies, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

Good knowledge and experience of Excel and QuickBooks.
Good numeracy skills and ability to analyse, compare, and interpret facts and figures.

Excellent academics, including a 2:1 or higher degree in Finance.

You will also be a fully qualified accountant.
