My client is a rapidly growing technology business who have a very good start up feel based in the heart of central London. As the Finance Controller in this business you will be an integral part of the exponential growth of the business and Finance department.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus, Share options

Key Responsibilities

• Running all areas of the company ?nances (hands-on)
• Managing one direct report (initially with view to grow finance)
• Managing VAT, PAYE and other tax submissions with external accountant
• Ensuring company assets are properly accounted for and managed
• Bringing monthly management account preparation and reporting in-house
• Preparation of year-end accounts and management of year end audit
• Managing fortnightly and monthly payrolls
• Ensuring finance (and other key KPI) targets are met
• Cash?ow management including managing customerscollections
• Financial forecasting and budgeting to support medium and long-term strategy decisions
• Monthly reports to theboard
• Managing Invoice Finance with banks
• Shareholder management and quarterlyreporting
• Managing the finance and HR process
• Various ad hoc reporting
