Financial Controller

Robert half are exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller to join a major property business.



This role will entail:

This role will be responsible for the financial oversight and management of all housing investments under the businesses management. This currently covers c£500m of development and operational assets across the UK & Ireland held by several separate investors.

Act as a strategic advisor to the Operations team.

Candidate requirements:

Qualified ACA or ACCA

All candidates should be leadership profiles with, strong controls and strategic oversight, whilst also being ready to develop or enhance their career by working in a changing landscape where opportunity exists to make your mark.

My client is a large property company that manages real estate investments and developments in the UK for badged funds, third party investors and for joint ventures with external investors.

Salary & Benefits

On offer is a base salary of up to £80,000 plus excellent benefits and a great culture.
