The role

Joining our busy and lively team in Bath as a Sales Call Handler, you'll call referrals to sell our fee free mortgage advice service in a positive and professional manner. You'll build strong working relationships with our advisers, as well as estate agents and builders, keeping them updated them on case progress. Effective and efficient, you'll maintain accurate records of all calls and complete all related administration in a timely fashion. We'd like you to send out decision in principle (DIPS) packs where necessary and you'll answer switchboard calls and help out with general enquiries, too. This is a great opportunity to join a great team and expand your skills.

Working hours: You'll work 2 late shifts 11.30am-8pm a week and 1 Saturday or Sunday in 3.

About you

It's essential that you have a good, professional telephone manner and are able to communicate clearly and concisely with your customers and colleagues. Organised and resourceful, you're also able to prioritise tasks and work to deadline and you'll be able to show us that you make confident, effective decisions. A great team player, you build strong working relationships with those around you. Good IT knowledge would be useful.
