Senior Payroll Advisor

Our client, based in Warwickshire, is currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Advisor on a five month fixed term contract with view to go permanent. Our client is proud to have been awarded a number of specialist Retail awards in 2016.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and the salary is competitive.

The ideal candidate will have experience running end to end payroll and be able to calculate manual payroll calculations.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Dealing with end to end payroll for hourly and salaried staff

* Operate a split payroll for up to 5,000 employees as part of a team

* Processing starters and leavers, tax code changes and issue P45s

* Calculate statutory payments including SMP, SSP, SAP and SPP

* Calculate manual payroll calculations

* Have knowledge of pensions, company car & BUPA deductions

* Complete month end duties; including processing P11ds, P32s and expenses

* Handle general payroll administration as week as data entry and timesheet inputting

* Make amendments such as sickness and holidays and update employee records

Experience Required:

* Processing end to end payroll autonomously
