In this role the ideal candidate will be working together with the Financial Planners, Client Support Manager, Client Support Technical and Administrators to ensure a smooth workflow for the team. The candidate will also be dealing with technical aspects of client queries and helping / assisting the administrators and lastly, ensuring client service agreement requirements are met and procedures adhered to.
The successful applicant will be working towards getting the Diploma in financial planning. You will also need the following key attributes:
