Finance Director

Our client is a global property and residential developer that run large scale estate developments around the world. The company work across a variety of sectors from education and housing to industrials and power. Working as UK Finance Director this position will oversee all UK divisions and report directly into the Group CFO. As the UK Finance Director this position will have responsibility over the FP&A team, sales and projects in addition to the central finance function. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a global company, preferably in a construction or real estate environment and experience of project appraisal.

Responsibilities

-Sign off of consolidated UK accounts and report to Global CFO

-Business partner with sales and operations directors to achieve business plan and growth

-Oversee of all aspects of finance function including FP&A, Tax and divisional teams

-Overall responsibility for financial performance of UK Group

- Short term and long term cash flow management

-New acquisition and project appraisal

Desired Skills

-ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

-Experience of construction or real estate environment

-Ability to drive business growth

-Investment appraisal

-Extensive experience of senior management
