Accounts Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic Cheltenham based business and take responsibility for accounts activities including: creating invoices, allocating payments, chasing outstanding payments, liaising with customers, dealing with accounting and credit control queries, setting up new customers, processing invoices, statement and bank reconciliations.

You will be someone who likes working in a small, commercial team setting ideally with previous accounts assistant experience, ideally credit control or sales ledger, and be someone who can prioritise and manage multiple activities.

You will be someone who is comfortable in a fast paced environment that can be quite demanding at times and you will have excellent communication skills in order to gather missing information.

This opportunity will give you a good grounding within the business and future progression opportunities will present themselves for the right applicant.
