Badenoch & Clark are recruiting on behalf of a small Housing Association based in London for the Head of Finance on a permanent basis.
The Head of Finance will focus on some key areas of the business, delivering continued financial stability, excellent internal controls and value for money to realise their ambitions and ensuring good governance. Some of the main areas you will focus on are:
• Budgeting, financial planning, treasury and financial reporting including the preparation of statutory accounts and risk management.
• Managing key stakeholders and representing the Association, this will include liaising, with funders, regulators, auditors and suppliers.
• Management of long term business planning and cash flow forecasting.
• Financial appraisal of capital projects.
The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative qualified accountant with experience in leading a finance team and Treasury Management and have a proven track record of delivering on targets. In addition, you will have an analytical mind with the ability to solve problems and improve value for money.
