An exciting role for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer in one of London's most well known Not for Profit Organisation.
Client Details
Based in London, this well known dynamic organisation supports events and exhibitions with in the Arts sector. The organisation is one of the best known in it's field.
Description
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the following duties;
- Inputting invoices into the Finance system.
- Maintaining supplier records.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Work alongside the Group Accountant and Financial Operations Manager to improve processes.
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Officer will have exposure to high amounts of invoice processing in a fast paced environment. Experience with in the Not for Profit sector is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
A salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 plus generous benefits including a Season Ticket Loan, Free Entrance to London Attractions and a 10% Pension Contribution.
