Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly qualified ACA looking to make their 1st move out of Practice or NQ ACCA.

This role would also suit an established Accountant looking to make a move into a high profile organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Accountant will play a key role in the organisation.

Managing a small finance team of transactional staff, the Financial Accountant will be responsible the production of the Month End accounts on a timely basis.

You will oversee the production of the Monthly Management Accounts and review variances where necessary with budget holders.

You will oversee the ledger production, balance sheet recs, staff management and development and play a key role in ongoing systems and control development.

Profile

You will be a newly qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or an established Financial Accountant looking for a new challenge.

You will have excellent people management skills and be able to lead from the front.

You will be able to in-still an ethos of continuous improvement.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to influence both finance and non finance staff.

Job Offer

A basic salary of c£36,000 - £40,000
