Job Overview

This position will oversee the coordination of the SOX and Audit requirements for security (Data and Info Risk), user system access recertification and project implementations. The increased demand of documentation and complete packaging of data for both the Internal Audit team and Internal Risk team requires an additional head count to complete the tasks on the tight monthly and quarterly deadlines. The position will be part of the Financial Systems team located in London, Canary Wharf office.

  • Complete and co-ordinate the timing of the input of all audit and Info Risk deliverables.
  • Be the face person to co-ordinate the global financial system and AP audit tasks and work alongside the Moody's internal teams on all follows ups with VP - Financial Systems.
  • Functional Support for the Concur ( Travel and Expense System )
  • Liase with the Treasury team on all security related items and coordinate all new bank accounts for projects between the treasury and financial systems teams.
  • Provide reporting on new local UK AP data required for statutory reporting.
  • Functional Support for PeopleSoft Financials
  • Functional Support for Reval ( Treasury System )
  • Assist VP-Financial Systems on project timeline and adhoc reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Degree within finance or business systems / project management and or must demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of subject matter gained from past work experience in a business systems analyst role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in requirement documentation
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel are required.
  • Basic skills in MS Project and Visio
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Peoplesoft and Reval preferred not essential - Training will be provided.
