Project Accountant

Robertson Bell are working with one of the leading brand names in international development on an exciting Project Accountant position to join their high performing team. The International Project Accountant will be responsible for working with regional offices and producing financial reports for donors. This is an exciting time to join this organisation who are leading the sector when it comes to expanding their reach. The Project Accountant will oversee project reporting and forecast for projects running globally. Providing management information to global project managers and ensuring the portfolio is kept on track is a key responsibility, as is building relationships and capacity internationally. There will also be the capacity to develop proposals to donors to source new funding and add real value to the work being done globally. The successful candidate will be a qualified (or finalist) accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACCA) who is either looking to make a move out of practice or who has strong budgeting, reporting and forecasting experience. This client does have a good track record of developing strong candidates and giving great opportunities for progression and if desired, international travel.
