Pertemps Specialist Division are looking for experienced Payroll Clerk/Payroll Officer to work on a permanent role within Edinburgh.

I am keen to speak to candidates who have a strong background in end to end payroll and who can work to strict deadlines.

Main Duties:

- Process all RTI and Pensions
- Process New starters and leavers
- Processing a high volume of payroll on both a monthly and weekly basis
- Reconciling Journals
- Calculate all annual leave, sickness and benefits
- Issuing all P46’s, P60’s and P11D’s
- Dealing with all payroll queries

Key Competences:

- Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to learn and develop in the role

The successful candidate should have a strong technical payroll knowledge as well as being up to date with all payroll legislation
