This is an exciting new role for a Conveyancing Legal Executive/Secretary to become an integral member of my clients expanding team based in Dublin 24.  The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years's experience in conveyancing and/or receivership to include the following: Taking instruction from financial and corporate clients in conveyancing cases Corresponding with clients, architects, local authorities and other third parties in the sale of residential and mixed-use properties; Preparation and formatting for legal conveyancing documentation; Dealing with phone and email correspondence in a prompt, efficient and effective manner; Liaising with clients, solicitors and other legal representatives to resolve daily issues; Stamping and registering deeds; Assisting in Receivership Department when necessary; Scheduling and managing title deeds; Working to department goals and deadlines; Other ad-hoc conveyancing work as required Person specification Third level qualification relevant to the role preferred but not essential QFA/APA an advantage or commitment to obtain APA qualification. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook; Proficiency in practice management systems; Experience of using Property Registration Authority website and e-stamping; In-depth knowledge of conveyancing process: The successful candidate should have: Two or more years conveyancing legal secretary experience preferably with some prior experience of debt recovery/receivership process Be well organised and have the ability to communicate on a professional level with both colleagues, solicitors and clients Have a high level of attention to detail in reviewing documents and correspondence Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team A keen eye for accuracy with a high level of attention to detail particularly in relation to grammar and spelling Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
