My client are a growing business services company in Watford are seeking an Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. Full time role offering career progression and full study support.

Role involves Monthly bank recs, Quarterly VAT Returns, End of Year Accounts and much more.

Client Details

My client are based in the heart of Watford and are within the Business services sector. They are recruiting for a Contractor Accountant to join them and manage their own set of clients, processing VAT Returns, Tax Returns, Bank Reconciliations, Statutory reporting and much more.

Description

• Managing your own set of clients, training and assisting them with using a online system

• Quarterly VAT returns

• Personal Tax Returns

• End of year Accounts Quarterly reviews

• Monthly Bank Reconciliations

• Responding to client queries via telephone and email

• Assisting other teams when required

Profile

• Ideally part qualified or looking to study

• A background in VAT returns is ideal, ideally in a Contractor or Practice environment

• Experience dealing with Timesheets

• Hard working person who enjoys working as part of a team

• Clear telephone manner

• The ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
