My Client, is currently looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join the team. The Ideal candidate should have exposure in Retail/FMCG/Hospitality Industries. Main duties and responsibilities include:
Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
Describe an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to management to drive business results.
Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards
Identify non-value added processes within the department and seeks solutions.
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
Assist with the new business process and working with Finance and Business Managers.
Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.
