My client is a growing company with more than 30 years of history in HK.
Duties:
- Responsible for all financial operation of the group
- Review internal controls to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle group treasury function
- Be in charge of system implementation
- Manage all tax related matters of the group
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with CPA qualification
- At least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, preferably from sizeable corporation/ HK listed company
- Experience in HK & PRC statutory requirements
- Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, legal and tax systems
- Experienced in managing a sizeable team of 20-30
