Corporate Tax Consultant - Tech

Would you like to advise and support some of the most exciting new companies in the world during their expansion into the UK and Europe? We are now working exclusively with a firm of Global Expansion and Inward Investment Specialists in Central London that are looking to make a critical hire within their Tax team.

The firm work closely with a large number of US Tech Companies which they provide a mix of compliance and advisory service to during and after their expansion into the UK and Europe. This is a very rare hire for the firm as they are looking for an ambitious Qualified Corporate Tax professional to join their team as a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client facing tax services to international companies setting up in the UK and Europe.
• Undertake a mix of Corporate Tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients which will include advice on VAT, Inward Investment, General Tax and Tax Planning.
• Take control of a full client portfolio and be responsible for junior colleagues, providing support and supervision where necessary to develop more junior professionals.
• Research and be able to communicate clear tax advice for identifying tax opportunities and assessing risks.

You

• ATT Qualified and CTA Qualified or Finalist.
• From an accountancy background with experience of working with a variety of clients.
• Strong technical tax knowledge.
• Experience of managing a client portfolio.
• Language skills would be advantageous.

The role also has an attached client portfolio and therefore doesn’t require your own client base.
