TPT Retirement Solutions is a leading provider of UK occupational Pension schemes, with over 70 years' experience offering DB and DC solutions to some 300,000 members. They currently have circa £10 billion in assets under management and their operations in Leeds and London provide Trustee, Investment and Administration services to over 40 schemes.

This is just the start and over the next few years TPT are looking to significantly grow their business and are looking for ambitious individuals who want to be part of this vision.

As part of their continuing drive for excellence they are looking to hire a Senior Outsourced DC Administration Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the effective management and oversight or their third party DC Administration provider. The role holder will be the key liaison between TPT Retirement Solutions and the service provider, attending regular meetings and 'on site' briefings to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery of service.

To be considered for this role you will need a specific combination of skills and experience which will include in-depth DC Administration experience, strong contract management experience with a proven background in managing relationships with an outsourced service provider, and first class motivational and negotiation skills.
