Job role

I am looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy well established team in Newcastle.

This is a full time, permanent position reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include;

High volume invoice processing
Match, batch and coding
Ensuring invoices are sent for authorisation
Keeping supplier records up to date
Reconcile supplier statements
Generate and process month;y bacs
Review and process employee expenses
Review and process credit card claims
Ensure month end deadlines are adheared to
Answer supplier queries and other ad hoc duties
