You will be working for a global, financial services company based in South Bristol. You will be working out of beautiful modern offices with on site gym and cafe facilities

Your new role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the cash management requirements are met, and work with the Front Office Manager to draft proposals to maximise margin income earned by the business. You will also ensure that the high volume of FX transactions are managed in a controlled and accurate manner; ensuring that the process continues to evolve as business and regulatory requirements evolve. You will be working closely with Middle Office to ensure that the controls frameworks regarding cash management are robust and adhered to, evaluate and resolve problems independently and escalate where appropriate and use independent judgement to take proactive measures to avoid and mitigate operational issues and risks. You will be required to acquire a strong understanding of the cash flows associated with the products offered by the business and proactively document and impart this knowledge to all interested parties

What you'll need to succeed
You will be AMCT Qualified and have at least a minimum of four years of relevant industry experience. You will have previous experience of people management, knowledge of money markets and be able to demonstrate ability to innovate and drive change. You must be able to prioritise and work well under deadline pressure, have exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills and have analytical ability and aptitude for problem solving.
