Your new company
An industry leader, based in Morley, Leeds, is recruiting for a new Accounting Services Clerk. Following a period of sustained growth this is a brilliant time to join a modern and forward thinking company.

Your new role
In this role you will supervise the Accounts Clerks to ensure the accurate and timely recording of supplier invoices, cash book entries and personal expenses claims. You will manage the work flow for the Purchase Ledger team and ensure the team is aware of the daily tasks to complete. Furthermore, you will conduct the production of weekly payment runs, complete monthly statement reconciliations and deal with internal and external queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of supervising a multi-functional Accounts team, have the ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to hit month-end deadlines. Finally any previous experience of Open Accounts, Ebis and Excel would be an advantage.
