Collections Strategic Delivery Manager

Collections manager job based Medway upto £55k DOE. Need to be analytical with collections experience

Your new company
You will be work for a reputable well known organisation in the Medway area of Kent. The Collection Strategic Delivery Manager job is a newly created position within a newly created team. You will work in the organisations modern offices that also offer onsite parking. You will report to the Head of Collections Strategic Delivery and as the Collections Strategic Delivery Manager you will take ownership of the incumbent collections and contact strategy performance and be the catalyst for change.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the oversight of collections strategies and channel performance, driving enhancements and optimisation where required. You will lead, develop and motivate a small team of analysts, building capability within the team and creating a high performing group of analysts. You will support the delivery of collections and group wide projects, drive new opportunities to improve efficiency and actively drive collections performance. You will audit review and document collection strategies and lead the review/implementation of functional policies and processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Collections or Credit Manager who has experience in setting up new policies and procedures as well as improving collection efficiencies. You will have some analytical experience as well as great IT skills including SQL/SAS and advanced Excel skills. You will have experience leading and motivating high performing teams and working knowledge of collections strategies. You will have strong senior stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will come from a Financial Services background.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £50k - £55k DOE with additional company benefits which includes a discretionary bonus, private medical and pension. You will have the ability to make this newly created role your own.
