Finance Manager

As a direct result of increased business and market share, our client, a large, award winning service provider based in the Warrington area is looking to appoint a qualified Finance Manager. Reporting to the Financial Controller, as Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial support to Senior Managers, influencing and playing an integral role in key decision making process.

Other responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, performing due diligence on potential acquisitions, sales and competitor analysis, refinancing, monitoring and improving existing processes and board reporting.

This all-encompassing role allows the candidate to combine technical accounting duties with a strong commercial element, allowing the candidate to get underneath the skin of the whole business and make a real impact on increasing revenue and profitability.

This role would suit a technically minded, ACA Qualified, fist/second time mover, ideally within a Top 10 practice with experience of working with multi-site organisations. You will also have up to date working knowledge of legal reporting guidelines e.g IFRS / UK GAAP.
