Hudson are working with an established and highly reputable investment firm based in Edinburgh to recruit experienced and driven Client Administrators for three high profile vacancies. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic organisation.
This firm specialises in different products, each looked after by a dedicated team. You could be joining a Segregated or Pool team as well as a UK or Rest of World team. Your own experience will determine where you go within the business, ensuring your skills are utilised.
As with any client administration position, you will be the key point of contact for client matters, liaising with internal departments, consultants and clients to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times. You must be able to organise your work effectively and adhere to high standards of accuracy.
You will take clients on the full life cycle, from onboarding to production of fee invoices. In order to be successful you must have extensive experience built up within investment administration. This will allow you to make an impact on the role quickly.
Client management will be a focus in your role so you must be able to communicate articulately both verbally and in written form. There will also be a focus on relationship building as this, of course is key in a client administration position.
Confidence is key in any client administration role; you must be comfortable having direct and sometimes difficult conversations.
This client favours those who are able to look at the bigger picture, who are keen to understand where their roles sits within the organisation and who understand why they are doing what they are doing.
There will be an expectation of completing your IOC Level 1, if you don't already have this, within the first 6 months in role
