We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join our finance team in Birmingham.

The opportunity

As a Credit Controller you will work closely with the team to drive effective cash collection from clients.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive effective cash collection

• Interact effectively with clients, capturing status of items

• Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise effectively over payment issues

• Assist cash team with allocation queries

• Identify and comply with Arcadis policies & procedures

• Monitor business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement

About you

You will be a professional individual with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You will also have the following skills:

• confident with Excel

• ability to prioritise work to meet deadline

• strong attention to detail

• proven record in delivering cash targets

• consistent high standards and methodical

• highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• confidence to interact effectively with clients/internally
