Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation based in the Liverpool area, who are currently recruiting for a Project Accountant to join their team on an interim basis.
Role:

This role will take a specific focus on process improvement, process mapping, procedure reviews and the identification of existing bottlenecks in the following areas:
- Transactional Finance
- Treasury and capital
- Fixed asset accounting
- Assets and Liabilities register
- Development and acquisition financial appraisals
- VAT
- Regulatory reporting
- Property disposals
- New supplier set-up
- Budget setting
- Management Reporting
- Service charge accounting
Person:
- Part CCAB/CIMA qualified would be essential
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Hold advanced system skills - including MS Excel
