Accounts Assistant required for a new and exiting permanent opportunity working for a small friendly business based in Oldbury. You will be working under the finance director and be solely responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department. Your duties will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, petty cash, vat returns, payroll, journals and preparing month end accounts.

Our client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant who is able to join the business and make this role their own. You must be able to work under minimal supervision, have strong communication skills and ideally have experience working with Sage Line 50 and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Our client is small but well established business based in Oldbury with an open and friendly culture. This business is easily accessible by public transport, offers on site parking and the working hours are 9am to 5pm but there is can be flexibility available for the right candidate.
