Skilled Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerks should not be out of work. If you work in purchase ledger and are looking for a new job, this could be for you.
You're an experienced purchase ledger clerk who thrives in a busy, high volume accounts payable department. And you've a good understanding of cost codes, general ledger codes, processing different types of invoices quickly and accurately. Your positive and friendly nature and strong work ethic would mean you'd slot in very well here.
You'll be working in a busy and friendly team, and working with very large spreadsheets, so your Excel spreadsheet skills will need to be intermediate to advanced (you can use V lookups and pivot tables). You're naturally a team player and you'll be putting your strong communication skills into practice.
