Anthony Alexandra are working in a partnership with an established financial advisory firm who is seeking an experience PA/ IFA Administrator to join their expanding team of financial planning professionals. Strong work ethic, motivation and professionalism is key along with previous experience of at least 3-5 years within a financial services organisation.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity within a growing organisation with industry-leading expectations. The successful candidate will be Supporting Advisors, processing new business applications and preparing client valuations.

This role is ideally suited to someone who wants to progress with professional qualifications and learn off dynamic Financial Advisers. The successful candidates will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • To provide efficient administration support to the IFA's
  • Working with Pensions, Investments and Protection products
  • Preparing Financial Advisers for meetings
  • Working closely with qualified Paraplanners assisting with technical support
  • Liaison with product providers
  • PA Support
  • Working with platforms
  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines and service standards
  • Provide support to the Directors of the business
  • Processing new business, dealing with client policy enquiries
  • Meeting summary letters
  • Liaising with third party providers for information on clients existing plans
  • Submitting client applications and preparing suitability letters
  • Knowledge of IFA

  • 3-5 years’ experience working within an IFA, Provider or Financial Services environment
  • Previous experience providing personal assistantance to
  • Experience using back office systems
