Working in the globalHQinSoHo, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work Part-Time to join their business.
Main responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be:
- Creating and submitting invoices to clients; ensuring timely payment
- Tracking payment of incoming invoices
- Tracking revenue outlook
- Monitoring and paying team expenses
- Completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
- Compiling monthly spending reports
- Managing the GBP, EUR and USD company accounts and relationship with regional accountants
- Reporting on finances to COO & CEO
- Supporting on-boarding of new employees
- Managing the relationship with our office providers
The ideal Accounts Assistant will have:
- Past experience in a financial assistant role
- Experience with QuickBooks beneficial but not essential
- Competence in the use of Excel / Google sheets
- Excellent interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
- You’ll be a good team player full of positivity and enthusiasm
- You’ll be interested in the science of behavioral change, human happiness and flourishing
