Working in the globalHQinSoHo, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work Part-Time to join their business.

Main responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be:

  • Creating and submitting invoices to clients; ensuring timely payment
  • Tracking payment of incoming invoices
  • Tracking revenue outlook
  • Monitoring and paying team expenses
  • Completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
  • Compiling monthly spending reports
  • Managing the GBP, EUR and USD company accounts and relationship with regional accountants
  • Reporting on finances to COO & CEO
  • Supporting on-boarding of new employees
  • Managing the relationship with our office providers

The ideal Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Past experience in a financial assistant role
  • Experience with QuickBooks beneficial but not essential
  • Competence in the use of Excel / Google sheets
  • Excellent interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
  • You’ll be a good team player full of positivity and enthusiasm
  • You’ll be interested in the science of behavioral change, human happiness and flourishing
