ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN NUNEATON £18,500 TO £20,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + 10% BONUS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS & STUDY SUPPORT!!

My client is a national expanding business and due to this they are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will be pivotal to organisation due to a recent acquisition and offers the potential of progressing in to a Management Accountant role. This rapidly expanding organisation offers true career progression which would suit an enthusiastic individual who wants to build their career with a company who truly values its employees. Ideally the candidate will be part of fully AAT qualified with a view to become CIMA qualified.

[ The role ]

- Daily cashbook updating
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end journals
- Overhead invoice coding & approval
- Adhoc duties as needed

[ Person and skills required ]

- Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant/Assistant Accountant capacity
- Fully/part AAT qualified
- Confident and enthusiastic
- A passion for accounts
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
