Finance Assistant
London, NW10
£26,000 + Pension + Life Insurance + Parking
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Finance Assistant to take on a range of responsibilities and join a busy and bustling organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Finance Manager with a variety of day to day account and finance activities
- Providing support with the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
- Assisting with the credit control function and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
- Managing any invoice queries that occur and raising credit notes when needed
- Reconciling accounts at month-end and year-end and preparing management reports
- Assisting with the production of profit and loss reports, balance sheet reconciliations and annual budgets
