Telephone Sales Manager
We are working on behalf of this large employer who as part of their ongoing success and expansion, are seeking to recruit a manager to be employed as a Telephone Sales Manager.
The remit will be to manage a team of Telephone Account Manager within the Intermediary / IFA sector.
The company is a respected name and will be responsible for:
- Leading the team of TAMs
- Drive activity and deliver sales targets
- Coaching, Training and developing the team to achieve individual and team targets
- Ensure full compliance
Candidate
- Must be Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Strong knowledge of the Pensions and Investments market
- Current / previoous sales management experience in the IFA or regulated sector
