Financial Officer / Financial Supervisor / Financial Assistant
Job Title: Financial Administrator
Location: Loughborough
Start Date: Friday 10th August 2018
Salary: £8.50 - £10.50 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, ½ an hour lunch

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Financial Officer / Financial Supervisor / Financial Assistant to work closely alongside two members of Managements and provided support in all areas of finance. An ideal Financial Officer / Financial Supervisor / Financial Assistant will ensure all financial aspects of the business are kept under control and running smoothly. We require a Financial Officer / Financial Supervisor / Financial Assistant to have a strong understanding and experience in using Sage Line 50 and Credit Control and have the additional AAT qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
·Inputting and matching of invoices
·Setting up new clients on the company system
·Dealing with banking and reconciliation
·Checking VAT has been included on invoices
·Providing creditors with VAT receipts
·Checking customers credit ratings with banks
·Ensuring that customers pay on time
·Processing P.A.Y.E and Payroll for employers
Key Requirements:
·AAT Accounting Qualified (Level 3)
·Experience in Sage Line 50 & Credit Control
·Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
·A positive and ‘can do’ attitude towards your work
·To work towards the companies goals
·Provided support and encourage team members
·Professional and confident individual
