My established client is currently recruiting for an experienced credit controller to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (25 hours per week). This role will be 5 hours every day Monday to Friday.
Parking provided and the sucessful candidiate can start straight away.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for:
Credit Control of Independent accounts
Run monthly customer statements
Post cash receipts and relevant discounts on to Sage
Allocation of payments
Clear staff purchases from Sales Ledger
Assist with month end
Send monthly Excel customer sales reports
Load credits on bespoke system
The sucessful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of excellent customer service including query management
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience wirth SAGE/SAP
