Our award winning, corporate and investment banking client is looking for an experienced Project Analyst to help support an operational redesign project with ITO. You will be involved with the Project Management Office given full access to different projects across the redesign program as well as reporting implementation progress to the global team.


Direct Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC modules in the global redesign program covering all aspects of project management: project scoping, project plan, management approval, progress update and implementation/deployment
  • Represent APAC to the global team and advise on impact to APAC, manage all documentation / presentation materials of modules as well as provide updates to key stakeholder within APAC
  • Prepare the project plan for specific modules in APAC
  • Update steering Committee on milestones, achievement and challenges
  • Obtain APAC approvals as required
  • Prepare newsletters and bi weekly updates to APAC leaders

Experience and Qualifications required

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Mathematics
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, project management background or experience will be highly beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication / presentation skills. Strong verbal and written English.
  • Detail and solution oriented, self-motivated
  • Highly analytical and history of achievement in previous roles
