Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established construction organisation based in West Lothian in their search for a Accounts Administrator join their finance team.
They will report into the Finance Director, but will be expected to manage their own workload on a day-to-day basis.
The role:
Managing the purchase ledger
Carrying out VAT returns
Reconciliations
Aid with company payroll
Processing subcontractor applications and payments
The individual:
Working knowledge of Navision
Show good initiative and demonstrate an ability to multi-task
Be a positive team player
Show clear determination and enthusiasm
