Hays Accountancy & Finance are exclusively recruiting for a temporary Credit control candidate to work with our esteemed manufacturing client in Gloucester. Our client is looking for a dynamic and proactive Credit Controller to join their team to help with all aspects of credit control. The key duties of the role will include:

• Checking customer's credit ratings with banks
• Setting up the terms and conditions of a loan
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
• Providing accounts information to internal departments

This excellent long term temporary Credit Control position will be ideally suited to somebody who has at least 3 years proven experience as a proactive and thorough credit control. The client will look to talk through experiences and have practical examples of success stories. In return for this the client will offer a competitive hourly rate of £10-11 per hour dependant upon experience based on working 37.5 hours a week.
