We are partnering with a generalist accountancy practice based in Harrow, Middlesex, who are looking to recruit a Personal Tax Semi Senior.
The role will focus on:
-Preparation of self assessment tax returns for a variety of clients from sole traders through to directors of owner managed businesses
- Occasional assistance on corporation tax returns though not preparation of as this is predominantly done by the accounts team.
- Advising clients on their tax affairs
- Liaising with clients to obtain their tax information and to inform them of payment and submission deadlines
- Dealing with HMRC by either letter or telephone
- Preparation of P11Ds
- Potentially able to help out with other areas of the firm including the preparation of sole trader income and expenditure accounts
- Knowledge of other areas such as VAT and payroll would be helpful though not critical.
- ATT qualified or equiavlent
- Must have experience of working with Personal Tax Compliance
- Study support available
- Working hours 9 am - 5.30 pm
- Workplace Pension
- Flexible working times, start and finish, with core hours
