Finance and Operations Manager

Page Personnel are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity on behalf of a global business based in Liverpool. The Finance and Operations Manager position would best suit a part qualified CIMA or ACCA Accountant looking to progress their career within a dynamic, blue chip enterprise.

Description

The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Providing financial and commercial support for the Liverpool site, acting as a business partner to multiple stakeholders
• Lead transformation projects from a finance perspective
• Working closely with the General Manager to make key business decisions
• Profit and loss production at month end
• Weekly profit reviews and reporting
• Daily variance and financial analysis
• Support, develop and supervise junior finance team members
• Lead the site budget and forecast process

Profile

The Finance and Operations Manager must have/be:

• Previous experience in putting full management accounts packs together and have led the budget and forecast process
• Experience of managing junior finance team members
• Be able to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Be CIMA or ACCA part qualified
• Hold a strong level of Excel
• Be able to lead, develop and implement new procedures and systems
